Do remember to bring your student / staff card on your next visit to the NIE Library!
The matriculation or staff card already enables you to borrow books, access the Learning PODs, collect reservations from the Smart Locker, print materials, or pay fines with NETS FlashPay function. Soon, it would help you to enter the Library.
Around the third quarter of this year, library users can expect card access to be implemented in NIE Library. Students and staff entering the Library will have to tap their matriculation or staff card to gain entry to the Library.
The new access gates are installed to enhance the security of the library premises, allowing only authorised users from the NIE, NTU and those with a valid library membership to access the Library.
