New E-Collections to Power Learning, Teaching and Research

NIE Library has expanded its electronic collections to better support high‑quality teaching, learning, and research.
This latest upgrade consists of two new evidence‑based acquisition (EBA) e-book collections and a bigger multi-disciplinary database, giving users access to academic resources across a wide range of disciplines.
Sage Knowledge EBA Collection The Sage Knowledge EBA Collection provides more than 4,900 e-books spanning education, counselling and psychotherapy, psychology, sociology, and related fields.
The platform is designed to support researchers at all levels, from undergraduates beginning their first projects to faculty members conducting advanced scholarship.
Cambridge University Press Language and Linguistics EBA Collection The Cambridge University Press EBA Collection adds over 2,000 e-books from one of the world’s leading academic publishers.
Key areas include applied linguistics, computational linguistics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, and theoretical linguistics, offering comprehensive coverage for students and researchers in language studies.
ProQuest One Academic Premium
NIE's subscription to ProQuest Central was upgraded to ProQuest One Academic Premium, a one-stop platform combining content from four popular ProQuest databases (ProQuest Central Premium, Academic Complete, Academic Video Online and ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global), providing videos, scholarly journals, news, e-books, dissertations through a single intuitive interface.
With this upgrade, NIE Library now has access to eight additional ProQuest One collections: Business, Psychology, Sustainability, Applied & Life Sciences, Health & Nursing, Religion & Philosophy, Social Sciences, and Literature.
